Prosecutor will seek murder charges for terminated pregnancies in kidnap case
Thu May 9, 2013
Murder charges for "terminated pregnancies?" I thought abortion was legal, and fetuses had no rights. What gives here? Make up your minds, folks. Can't have it both ways. You can't go claiming a fetus is just some matter that you can discard, but then also claim it's a human with rights, and abortin …
10-year-old boy among victims as more than 20 shot on one Chicago day
Thu May 2, 2013
Explain to me again how Chicago (and Illinois') super strict gun laws are preventing all this violence? Anyone?
Five-year-old boy accidentally shoots, kills sister
Wed May 1, 2013
This is a major parenting fail, and they should be charged for involuntary manslaughter and reckless endangerment. If the boy had killed his sister with a knife, we'd never have heard about it, since there's currently no media agenda against knives.
Gun vote stirs passion at Ayotte town hall meetings
Tue Apr 30, 2013
I would love to hear someone explain how a background check would have prevented Sandy Hook. Adam Lanza took guns from his mother, who owned them legally. An "enhanced" background check wouldn't have changed the outcome. The bottom line is that the kid was on psychotropic drugs, had all sort of ment …
Moldy marijuana? Legal markets spark push for health, safety standards
Fri Apr 26, 2013
Here's an idea that may sound totally foreign to the government. Just keep your damned nose out of it! All the government is looking for is a way to make more money from it. Tokers have been doing just fine for ages without government interference. Leave it alone.
Biden: Filibuster threat on guns 'embarrassing' to the nation
Tue Apr 9, 2013
The problem with liberals like Biden is that he automatically assumes that because people oppose anti-gun legislation that they don't care about kids getting killed, nor do they care about how guns are used. That shallow assumption couldn't be farther from the truth. Most gun owners care just as muc …
Student charged with assault in stabbing spree at Texas college
Tue Apr 9, 2013
Damn! We need knife control. NOW!
Weird sleep disorders make people see demons
Mon Apr 1, 2013
I suffered from this for years, and it suddenly stopped about ten years ago. Haven't had an episode since. In my case it was exactly as described by others. I would wake, and feel someone was laying on top of me, pinning me to the bed, and I could barely breathe. I also sensed a malevolent and very …
Every day is April Fool's Day on the Internet
Mon Apr 1, 2013
"....and it doesn't seem to hurt anybody." Seriously? I know quite a few idiots whose entire political philosophy is built around the garbage they read on Facebook and get in emails...without checking out a bit of it.
Two teen suspects arrested in shooting death of Georgia baby
Fri Mar 22, 2013
This isn't about guns. This is about sick, animalistic predators and the society and policies that create them. Assuming her story checks out...
